海洋LNG低温软管结构设计与试验研究现状Research Situation of Structural Design and Experiment of Offshore LNG Cryogenic Hose

摘要(Abstract):
近年来,不断进步的LNG低温软管技术使得恶劣海况下的LNG输送成为现实。本文从LNG低温软管的技术规范入手,介绍了低温软管产品的主要种类和结构特点。本文重点介绍了国外代表性企业法国Technip、法国Nexans的LNG金属波纹管产品的结构、特点及性能,以及荷兰Gutteling B.V.、荷兰SBM Offshore、英国Dunlop、瑞典Trelleborg的LNG复合软管产品的结构、特点及性能,同时介绍了部分产品的性能试验认证过程和加工方法。本文可为国内LNG低温软管的设计和制造提供参考,对于促进LNG低温软管技术国产化具有良好的实用价值。
