水下压缩机选型设计Selection and Design of Subsea Gas Compressor

摘要(Abstract):
水下压缩机是海上气田开发的关键设备之一,可以实现水下气田长距离回接、延长气田寿命、提高采收率等。近年来,有两种不同类型的水下压缩机成功实现了现场应用,它们是水下对转轴流式压缩机和水下离心式压缩机。本文首先分析了水下对转轴流式压缩机和水下离心式压缩机的结构、工作原理及特点,然后基于两种压缩机的工作原理和特点,结合它们的关键参数,针对典型的工程实例,分析了水下压缩机的选型方法。研究表明,气田规模、增压需求和井流气液比是影响压缩机选型的关键因素。本文研究可为海上气田水下压缩机选型提供指导。
